Art was always a big part of my life

Animals have always been a part of my life. My very earliest memories are of cats, dogs, chickens and rabbits. In fact, I can’t remember a time when there wasn’t an animal of some description sharing the lives of my family. I therefore combined my love of art and skills as a painter and launch this pet portrait from photos service.

A Life-Long Passion for Painting

From a very young age drawing and painting was always a big part of my life and of course most of the pictures I drew involved our pets. As an adult, I studied art, mainly still life with Graham Moore. He was a very well-known and respected Tonal Realist artist and one of “The Melbourne Twenty” group of painters. This was a treasured part of my life.
